That's a great question and I agree. I have a couple of reasons, and I admit some of them aren't super great. One is, I'm impatient and get super discouraged if I don't see results. Another big one is that I'm getting married and want it off now for peace of mind to know I'll have it off before my wedding.

Okay thanks for the replies! What are the main food to cut out/the main ones to eat? I'm 21 yrs old, 5'7", weigh 148 and want to be between 120-125 so I don't know if that has anything to do with what I should do/eat and how I should exercise ...I really have no idea what I'm doing lol
