Oatmeal with splenda & cinnamon etc.. 150 cals.... 2 Eggs at around 70 cals each with some turkey sausage links (3) 240 cals..... Add a slice of 45 calorie bread toasted....... Some dry cereal mixed with some fruit flavored low fat yogurt..... .. Add me if you'd like..
