Hi, I'm new to this and was wondering does anyone have any decent breakfast ideas as I seem to be consuming the most calories in the morning. Thanks

    Oatmeal with splenda & cinnamon etc.. 150 cals.... 2 Eggs at around 70 cals each with some turkey sausage links (3) 240 cals..... Add a slice of 45 calorie bread toasted....... Some dry cereal mixed with some fruit flavored low fat yogurt.....

    Make sure to try almond milk with your cereal or oatmeal...you can get the kind for only 30 calories per cup and it really tastes decent with cereal!
