I eat six meals a day, almost every two hours. So small snacks throughout the day would probably also work.

Willing to accept friends here! Lost 30 pounds so far with 35 to go!
-
I hear this all the time! I'm 6"1 and 225, about 30 pounds over weight. Hold strong and keep in mind it's just being healthier in general and people's perception of you does not matter

Just keep an eye on the quality of the produce. I don't see a problem with it.

It's 90% about diet even if you don't exercise. I would start higher at 1400 then after a week or so you can start to go down to 1200 or whatever. Don't want to burn yourself out!

That is amazing, and inspiring!

I'm in Eugene! Go ducks!

In water weight. Most I have ever lost is like 7 pounds in 2 weeks. In that short of time at least..

I'm 30, but I'll still be your friend

I'm in! Gotta keep motivated!

I know what that feeling is like not wanting to go outside! Add me as a friend if you want!

I know that hunger feeling that you get when you think your gonna die, I do 3 medium sized meals and 3-4 small ones with a cal count under 1700, keeps me full and on track obviously it's different for everyone, just might work for you. Remember the first week is hardest and it's about retraining yourself!

If you are working out it will take a week or two to see significant progress on a scale because muscle weighs more then fat, wait a while and check back, I would wait a month.

I have a second baby on the way as well! Hard work, I know how it feels.
-
5 months old! So cool! Enjoy it! Add me if you want to be buds and motivate each other!
-
Add me, I made it halfway through your novel to be honest but being uncomfortable at a gym is nothing new, start slow and I would recommend asking the gym staff for help on how to use some of the equipment also just hop on a bike they are easy to use! Anyway add me!
-
Add me as well, looking for motivated friends!

I get what she is saying, some people react differently to carbs or sugar
