  • I found it too hard to BF and be in a substantial deficit. I was so hungry all the time, and my supply suffered a lot. So here I am 1 year out and just getting back to it. Good luck and if it doesn't work out right away don't stress. There is time to lose the weight.
  • I also had GD, 3 mos PP now. I found that having a reasonable amount of fat actually helped my body process the carbs better and helped keep my numbers in the right range. I still ended up needing meds (metformin) to control my numbers as i got later in pregnancy even though my diet was spot on. The worst part was craving…
  • Just about 3mos PP. I got back down below pre preg weight around 2mos but am back up a little and holding pretty steady/losing a little. Having a hard time reducing calories to an amount where I am not super hungry. Just going to not stress about it a ton right now and wait until we can start some solids. Then at least I…
  • For years I had attributed my weight creep to my wine consumption. Turns out I was probably right. Now I make room for it in the cals, or I don't get to drink it.
  • 5'5" female- I originally chose 130-135 as this had been a good weight for me in my early and mid twenties when I carried lots of muscle. Based on BF% goal I have increased that range to 125-135. Just have to see how things are looking and feeling when I get down there.
  • @joejccva71 thanks that helps!
  • Stop screwing around until you see your doctor. I doubt that they were able to correctly diagnose much if anything from an x-ray. That is what they use MRIs for. Mulitiple knee ligament tear veteran here, and my hubs just had his ACL replaced, and MCL, LCL repaired so we have been down this path a number of times. You…
  • Started a titch over a month ago. Down about 12lbs. 30 some to go.
  • I am not quite over the flu 7 days after first symptoms. Pro tip- get your rest. Even if you feel good now don't over do it, because it will come back to bite you.

  • I am very sorry for your loss. I have had 2 losses in the past nine months. Both around 10-11 weeks. The whole thing is terribly hard emotionally, but also physically. Although I don't think I can attribute my weight to either of my losses per se, please feel free to contact me if you ever need support. Be kind to yourself.
  • For hubs and I between $60-$150 per week. Variance happens because of meat and wine!
  • Length of cycle varies and it can vary at anytime. The myth of a 28 day cycle and ovulating day14 is that, purely a myth for most women. If you aren't taking your basal body temp, then there is no way to absolutely confirm that you ovulated or when. Anovulatory cycles are not necessarily a sign anything is wrong, and you…
  • Periods are regular until they aren't. You can either continue to test if you think pregnancy is a realistic possibility or wait It out. If you go 60 days without a period it's time to speak with your doctor.
  • Hi, 5'5 sw~175 gw 130-135 but more importantly 22-25%bf. Started about a month ago and am excited with how things are going. After watching the scale slowly creep up over the last 10yrs, but living in denial, feels good to do something about it.
