A huge loss of water weight is pretty common in the first 7-10 days. I've lost 5-8 pounds in the first two weeks. I think once you make it to week three, things get better. Good luck!!!!

That's the funny thing about Bikram, it's designed for any fitness level, including beginners. If you've been doing yoga for 5 months, you'll be fine. It's just adjusting to the heat. Make sure you are uber hydrated. Like many have said, it's the same 26 poses every single time you go. It's great seeing progress in holding…
