  • Some is healthish, and I stay away from as much fries foods as possible along with potatoes and bread. I'm job is very physical and I also do 30 to 40 min of weight training on certain days and 40 min of yoga a day. I still have not lost hardly any weight like 2 pounds in a month. Idk feel really discourage.
