I'm guessing by your avi you'd be better suited to a 40 40 20 macro. 50% carbs IMO is too much. The beauty of iifym is that you don't need yo get too hung up on meals, just days. You can even build in treats if you wish.

Hi 15% for a female is low! For me loosing bf is all about carb intake. Have you looked at IF and carb back loading? Both work extremely well. Alternatively the no carb approach works well too. With one or two re feed days thrown in.
