    Better to start at 26lbs to lose than 126lbs. Way to catch it early! My breaking point was having to buy bigger clothes, I refused and my tight pants reminded me regularly what I was doing it for.

    I'm familiar with that day...best of luck, if you're at that point don't forget the feeling. Some days (or weeks) suck, but if you just keep at it (even through disappointments and failures) you'll pull through it.

    Day 1, great! Don't let a bad meal or bad day derail you. If you slip up, chalk it up and move on.
