Awesome article. I've been bulking for 3 weeks. Saw a nice wave in the first two weeks with 6 lbs gained. Now slowing on the third week with a 1 lb gain. But this article is a very nice confirmation that what I'm experiencing is normal.

Thanks everyone! And yes @Lois_1989 I am training as well! Wouldn't want to get fat ;) Also as an update I am now 7lbs heavier than when I started. 3 weeks in. Roughly 9 more to go!
