Thanks so much! I was wondering about portion sizes and how to divide things. I'm not used to this. I'm just used to eating whatever I want lol. That's probably part of why I'm overweight hehehe

Thank you. Today I'm making a couple of meat loaves, some chili and maybe some cabbage soup with ground beef and I wasn't sure how to enter the recipes. Hopefully I can get the portions set up correctly.

I self sabotage. When I start doing well and losing I'll do something stupid like buying a family size bag of ruffles cheddar and sour cream chips and sit down and eat them in one sitting. I binge for days then hate myself. But to be fair to myself I also suffer with severe depression.

Good rule of thumb is if it doesn't go bad it's not good for you.

50 more lbs to go. I gained about 70 lbs over about 3 yrs and have been slowly taking it off. It's hard because I really love food.
