Thanks ladies, Like your daughter I do work on my feet and live a very active life style so yes that does help. I do enjoy my proteins at meal time, and cheese is never missing from my diet either because I'm in love with dairy! Any suggestions for supplements tho, what kinds, how much, how often, for how long?
