I personally can't stand artificial sweeteners in my coffee so I find a way to fit the sugar into my daily calorie count. I do like Stevia in things like my oatmeal and tea though. For some reason, coffee just doesn't taste right to me without regular sugar

When people smoke and toss their still lit cigarette butts out their car windows. Like seriously? COME ON! Also when someone smokes on their patio below my apartment and well, I might as well never sit on my balcony or have my windows open because it's like they're there with me, just smoking away! I hate it.

I work out the same amount as you and work an office job as well and set MFP to sedentary and then log my exercise. I only eat back 25-50% of the calories, since they're very exaggerated. I'm at 1200 calories per day but I'm very short, less than 5'. Do you weigh and measure your foods? Accurate logging every day?

FOOD! MORE FOOD! And well, I like to be able to climb a set of stairs without being winded, or walk the beach half the day without wanting to crash. I only do cardio 5-7 times per week for 30-45 mins each day, but it's enough to start building my endurance and making other things easier.
