You can add me! I have the same with no active friends. 2 years ago I did really good with MFP and lost 25 lbs but with the stress over the last 6 months in life I gained it all back. I’m at 175 lbs now and looking to get down to 150 again. We can do this! 🤗

I’m new to running and found a great plan to start into running without going all out and getting hurt (as I tried in the past). But I’d love to be part of a group to stay accountable with my running goal as well as clean up my eating. I’m guilty of being the one making all the cookies in my family. 😬
