I never log my cheat day/meal because I know I'll be too ashamed of myself seeing how much I've gone over my calorie goal.

Putting peanut butter on apples, bananas, English muffins, etc.. I also really like these Betty Crocker oatmeal brownies that taste incredible, but it is made from oatmeal, so it's really healthy.

Height is 5'5. Currently I am at 121 pounds. I started at 134. My goal is 120. Make sure you are eating enough in the morning! I eat about 500 calories for breakfast (I always incorparate carbs from oatmeal or cereal AND protein like eggs or Greek yogurt) which really boosts my energy and stops me snacking through the day.
