Carbs

What happens when I don't go over my calorie goal, but the amount of carbs I eat does? This has been happening kind of often recently. Will it slow my weight loss down even if I'm not eating too many calories? What overrall effects does this have?

Nothing. Nothing bad will happen, unless you have a medical condition that dictates your dietary needs, and if you have such a medical condition, you should know about that already, along with your doctor's orders on what and how much to eat.
One caveat: Going over on carbs could mean that you aren't getting enough fat and protein. Aim to have at least 0.8 grams of protein and 0.35 grams of fat per kilo of bodyweight per day, or on average per day.0 -
It is o.k. to go over on carbs. Make sure that you are getting enough fat and protein.0
