That's a good idea to check first. I've been doing them with water because for some reason I don't love soy, almond or any other milk that is the more healthy choice!

I do some kind of nut butter (usually almond or peanut), vanilla Greek yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, spinach, a banana or frozen mixed berries, protein powder and a sprinkle of Stevia. I'm also 5'2 and working with 1200 calories. I just started back up a few days ago and trying to stay motivated. I'm 121lbs and want to get back to 112lbs.

That's good to know that it's included. I have been logging everything pretty accurately and noticed when I exercised the numbers changed. I'm still trying to figure this out I'm so glad 5 days in I finally found this discussion board lol

Thanks! That makes more sense. Do you know if there is a way to find out an estimate of how many calories are burned doing those everyday tasks?
