I know it is good to drink enough water each day. I am really struggling to get enough, getting tired of plain water, and not sure which water add ins are the best. There are so many available now in the grocery aisles but are they adding sugars and preservatives that I do not want? Feel free to share which kinds are best or tips for consuming enough water each day.
Thanks!

I stick a cup under the tap and raise it to my mouth. Slightly tip and swallow. Pro tip: if you tip the cup too much it may run down your chin.

I drink a lot of iced tea. It has also reduced my craving for sweets.

I add Elete electrolyte add-in to my water. Gives it a little flavor and adds electrolytes.

i drink mine's straight, nothing added! It becomes habit after a while, but what is helpful is to drink water when you eat, just with your meals vs. soda/juice. That helps me, because I cannot just chug a bottle of water in one sitting

If it's a workout day I naturally drink enough because I need it. I drink like 4 cups of tea at night too. As long as my pee is very light I assume it's enough.

I've got a gallon jug of water in the fridge and refill it as needed for easy access to cold water. You can try those ten calorie drink pouches if you need some flavor. Tea and coffee are also good

I'll put lemon or lime slices in my water. Cucumber sounds wonderful too!

I drink a lot of tea. That helps. I try and drink one bottle of water 500 ml before each meal. That's one way to get it in. Once you build a habit of it, you won't notice it anymore and it's great. Getting that habit built is hard.

I used to drink a lot of soda. I trained myself to like sparkling water and now buy it by the case when it's on sale at Costco. When I need a change I squirt lime or lemon juice into it.

I do sparkling water as well. I tend to do lime or lemon flavors to stop the boring water flavor. Also, if you do sparkling water its a good idea to check the label for artificial sweetners and sodium. My favorite brands are Perrier (expensive  ) and Arrowhead. Good luck finding what works for you!

I carry a 750ml bottle with me everywhere I go, and refill it as I need, sometimes around 6-8 times a day.

I use crystallized lemon. It comes in little packets like a pink or blue sweetener so I can carry it in my backpack or purse for whenever I refill my cup. Much easier than using real lemon slices when I am on the go. Not very many stores carry it, but the ones that do, have it in the sugar or baking aisle.

I keep a water bottle by my bedside and another at work. I start with a tea in the morning. I fight boredom so if straight water is boring me I add a spritz of Mio or lemon juice. I also like Biosteel because it is pink so is pretty well guaranteed to horrify my daughter.

i put warm water into my glass jug that has a cut lemon. This somehow makes the water have a mellow sweetish taste. No idea why that happens but I love it, and helps keep me away from cappicinos... most of the time :0P

This is my preferred vessel for water consumption. Actually, I have 2. I fill them at home with my filtered water, because I'm a water snob, and drink them both throughout the day. Then when I get home, I refill them and drink them both by bedtime. Boom, 16 "glasses" of water a day (sodium is not my friend, water helps alleviate that problem).

Its 1.6l of fluid (not just water) for women, so it includes tea and coffee etc.

If its gym day then I drink most of it at the gym and only water will do.

I have one of those soft-sided brita bottles. Makes it easy to drink water everywhere. My bottle gets filled up the moment I wake up in the morning. It comes to work with me, it goes grocery shopping with me, it hangs out on the kitchen counter when I load the dishwasher at the end of the day. It holds 2.5 cups of water and most days I fill it up 4 times. Because I keep it near me and sip out of boredom, I hardly even notice it.

I hated water, I was one of those people who would go three days without drinking ANY water. I like plain old room temperature water and with the filtration it always tastes the same whether it's water from a water fountain at a theme park or from the break room sink at work.

I rarely get headaches anymore. I really think that I was dehydrated enough to cause frequent headache's.

I also have to have lemon in my water with lots of ice. I'm also a huge fan of ice cold pelligrino with extra lime!

I just don't believe in forcing water if I don't want it. I drink when I'm thirsty and when I'm not thirsty, I don't drink. I've never noticed any dehydration effects or anything.

Sloshing around filled with water I never wanted in the first place feels really gross to me.

I drink a lot of ice tea (because I like it), and I eat about 7 lbs of ice a day (yes I know it's bad for your teeth, but I have a total oral fixation thing and it's chew on ice, or pen caps, or my finger nails). I do drink water when I workout but rarely drink plain water otherwise.

I also have a pet water bottle, 32oz. I fill it before I go to work (I work evenings). I'm usually done with shortlyafter dinner and I fill it again. I finish that before I leave, and then when I get home, I fill it about halfway to get me through to the next afternoon. Just having it with me all the time compels me to drink, and keeps me from going after sweet drinks.

I've downloaded the aqua alert app. Just put in your details it works out how much you need a day, then set the app to suit yourself. Mine alerts every hour when I drink the amount advised. ....The alerts drive everyone mad but I've got everyone drinking lol...just always a rush to the loo !!!:)
