My three yoga poses are done for today. I struggle with holding my breath when I am in crow but hopefully I will strengthen my core and breathe easier as I practice. I held crow for 10 seconds today and I didn't fall over in half moon. :)

I hope I am not to late to jump in on the challenge; it sounds like fun. My three poses that I will work on are crow, downward dog, and half moon. I watch yoga with Adriene on youtube for a daily workout.

I don't know what SW means, but I'm assuming it has something to do with current weight. My current weight is 121.9 and my goal weight is 114. I'll check in each week. Great challenge this was exactly what I was looking for.
