    This week was a hard one, but I kept up with my workouts. I don't know how next week will turn out, since I'm leaving town for the holiday weekend. If I can at least stay active and not overeat, I'll still be happy even if the scale goes up a little. We're almost to the end, guys!!

    I didn't exercise for 8 days due to illness. Then last weekend a celebration, fell out of ketosis:( Back on track starting this week. Adjusting goal...Hoping to get to 132 by 6/5.

    Hang in there! Just remember that you have lost about 5 pounds this past month as of your current stats so you are doing great. Sometimes it seems to take a while to see the scale drop! Just stay consistent and if you are doing well, your weight should drop. Also, I have heard changing up your exercise routine can help, if you are exercising.

    @saltypickle when that happens to me I change what I have for breakfast or lunch because I tend to eat the same things continuously.

    So glad the scale is still moving down. I didn't eat great yesterday but back at it today with tracking, etc. :smiley:
