My surgery was October. I too gained weight. A big help is my spin class and walking an hour a day. Good luck

Consider taking your measurements as another way to see progress. I've only lost a few pounds this month but lost 4 inches.

Work with a psychiatrist. They know a lot more than a GP. There are medications that work that don't cause weight gain. Wellbutrin for example

I have that watch and it constantly overestimates the calories burned. Be very careful

I'm a gym person. I do more there because I see others working hard. Also the social aspect. People expect me to show up. Accountability is important to me

For me maintaining is harder for reasons listed above. There is no end in sight. I will be weighing daily and logging daily to maintain.

I was in 2nd grade. My mom put me on a diet. Looking at pictures I wasn't fat. She was obsessed with losing weight so she transferred her obsession to me.
