Ah okay, good to know what to expect! Thank you for the help!

My aunt eats gluten-free as well, she mainly sticks to buying gluten-free products though and I know those can be pricey. It shouldn't be too bad making your own bread though (if you have the time!) and for baking, I know almond meal/flour and coconut flour are very good options. Coconut flour is more expensive but you use…

Ah sorry @lemonlionheart, I completely missed this! I try to exercise (and by that, I mean use a fitnessblender video, level 3 usually 4) at least 4 times a week for around 30 mins.

No that's fine, I appreciate the advice. I know my approach to food has been a bit unhealthy recently, I like to think I'm getting back on the right track, but you're absolutely right - I do need to reconsider my approach/motivation I think! Thank you for the advice, and for your concern!

@Liftng4Lis ah okay, thank you for the help! @malibu927 you might be right, I think my issue is mainly with the common 'problem areas' like excess fat around the thighs, so maybe body recomp might be a good idea! Thank you both, I really appreciate it

I think I agree, thanks for the help. Yeah you're right! I'll factor a bit of indulgence in for the meal, make it a nice occasion. Thank you for the advice, and I'm so sorry you don't get to spend the day with your dad! I'm sure he knows how much you love/appreciate him although you can't be there with him on the day <3 :)

Aha, app says December 2014! I'll assume you + Pizza Express website are right, 242 for a serving. Thank you!
-
Ah okay, so the new recipe on the website, rather than the app? (P.S. Thank you all for your help!!)

All the info is here: http://www.pizzaexpress.com/uploads/documents/calorie.pdf On the other entries, I'm pretty sure that it says per serving, meaning the entire dish? Their leggera pizza is under 500 calories for the whole pizza, and that's what's on the pdf...so I assumed it meant the whole dish!

Ah thank you, that's sound advice...Although, I just downloaded the app for the restaurant and checked the nutritional info, and somehow it's now around 500 calories too?! Don't know whether to just be safe and go for the dolcetti or trust the nutritional information on the website over the app?

Ah thank you all so much for your advice! I'll definitely be taking it all on board, thank you for all the suggestions :)

Ah thank you so much for your help. I'll definitely check I'm tracking everything right, and I'll try and force myself to eat a few snacks throughout the day I think, keep my metabolism going and all. Thank you again (and for your concern!) xx
