It entirely depends on your height, weight and activity levels really. Mfp can calculate that for you but there are plenty of tdee calculators online you can use if you'd like to verify. Aim for 1-2lb healthy loss per week (500-1000 calorie deficit per day). So if you wanted to lose 1lb per week and your tdee was 2200…

Been a pretty difficult week for me so things have gone wrong and I'm up just under 4.5kg (10lb). Most of it will just be food and water weight so I'm trying not to panic too much :neutral:. It sounds like you might be developing issues with a disordered perception of food. I'd speak to your doctor if you're worried that food is taking over your life like that, they'll be in a much better position to help you.
