What did the program give you? Eat that plus 50-75% of exercise calories.

It entirely depends on your height, weight and activity levels really. Mfp can calculate that for you but there are plenty of tdee calculators online you can use if you'd like to verify.

Aim for 1-2lb healthy loss per week (500-1000 calorie deficit per day). So if you wanted to lose 1lb per week and your tdee was 2200 you'd eat 1700. It's all only estimates but it's not healthy for most people to eat more than 1000 a day deficit or less than 1200 (1000 if you're realllly short) overall.

Impossible for us to even guess without knowing height, age, weight, exercise plans and your normal daily activity level.

See how many calories a person can eat and lose weight with vary depending on the factors I listed above. Since you didn't give us that, I say:

    - Plug your stats into MFP
    - Pick the activity level that describes your daily life WITHOUT exercise
    - When you exercise, log the calories and eat them back (start with 50% of them and adjust up or down based on avg rate of loss).
    - pick a reasonable weight loss per week goal.

    REASONABLE RATE OF LOSS RECOMMENDATIONS:
    - No more than 1 % bodyweight loss per week if you want your loss to be mostly fat
    - 0.5 lb per week loss if less than 25 lbs to lose
    - 1 lb per week loss if 25 to 50 lbs to lose
    - 1.5 lb per week loss if 50 to 75 lbs to lose
    - 2 lb per week loss if 75 + lbs to lose
