I've been looking for something like this! I'll aim for 10, the last bit of weight I've been trying to loose for months now just doesn't seem to want to go. Maybe this will scare it away.

Congrats on your med school graduation. I am also trying to lose the medical school weight for upcoming graduation in June 2016. Step 1 prep has me stress eating ( i take it end of April).

Easter is on March 27th this year... that sounds like a great date to aim to lose 20 pounds by! Anyone else going to join me? I love this style of challenge

My long term goal is 134 but I am working in 20 pound increments! I've lost the weight so far with a reduced calorie diet and daily walking.

Things I did well this week:
Consistently tracking 1200 calories a day
Consistently tracking daily macros
No cheating (said no to girl scout cookies!)
No late night snacking (slightly hungry at bedtime)
Daily workouts with interval training
5 mile run on Sunday
Frustrated that I didn't see much of a loss after all my hard work. I am going to try some calorie cycling this next week and see if that helps shake up my metabolism.
