From 240lbs to about 170 in the pics. Fell off the band wagon for a while but back on with a goal of 150-160 to get to a normal BMI.

I really just log everything I eat and try to keep it under 1200 calories a day. I still eat the same food I did before, just less of it. I've also tried to be active and go on more walks than I did before. That doesn't always happen though. Thank you so much everyone!

My mother in law has MS and losing weight has drastically improved her overall health. She has physical complications of her MS and cannot exercise but has managed to lose the weight through her nutrition. You can do this, good luck!

Search Chris Powell workout. Start with level 1 and when it gets easy, go to level 2. It is very manageable but also gives you a very good workout on your whole body. It's my go to at the moment.
