  • Sorry haven't been posting but did refuel Thursday and ignition yesterday. Was happy that there was some burn on Thursday. Ignition I thought was good. Looking forward to doing soldier a little later and then enjoying a nice rest period! Do you guys do this in addition to other workouts? My go to workouts are running and…
  • Soldier done! Definitely the hardest one thus far for me. We got this!
  • Iron down! A little better than yesterday... hoping to stay strong

  • Monday 3/06 completed first workout! @ValleyHooper it was what I expected - a little challenging because I eat lunch at 1 and don't get home from work until 8. So I felt pretty sick while doing the workout. May have to see what I can do to snack beforehand but going to keep pushing forward with the workouts!
  • I would love to start doing this.. I'm a week late but I'm going to start Monday!
  • I would like to join. Thanks!

  • I just started as well. I'm on day 4! Feeling better today than yesterday but thus far I've gained 4 lbs but I'm trying not to be discouraged and am sticking with it! I'm hoping that it's just due to muscle swelling and TOM.
  • So these are your options: 1. you can enjoy yourself for the weekend and indulge 2. you can not drink alcohol since most people find that they overeat when they are drinking 3. you can drink some alcohol and eat in moderation Whatever it is, just log everything you eat and drink. I think a lot of it is mental preparation.…
  • I had awful acne when I started to work out/change my diet. I didn't do anything different - I didn't take medication or buy a special scrub. I just continued my routine and eventually my face did clear up again but it took about 4 months before it went back to normal.
  • I just started my first day of month one today. Have you guys seen results?

  • I haven't binged in awhile. I think giving into a craving helps, at least for me. In the past I wouldn't give in for about 4 days and then the next thing I knew I would give in and multiply that craving by 20. All my control would be lost. Now if Im craving something, I honestly just try and eat it because I know if I…

  • HAHA this is exactly my boyfriend too. If I don't feed him, he would just either not eat or he'll just down half a box of cheez-its and call it dinner. Similarly, if my boyfriends not around, I eat more. He doesn't really stop me if I go to grab seconds but I just feel uncomfortable because I know that he won't. But…
  • Eating larger meals may help you become more full and less obsessed about the next thing you can eat. If you constantly eat a little here and there, it may trigger you to think about food more because you're going to experience hunger more often
  • Anyone here can add me too! I eat in a wide range 1,000-2,000 depending on what I'm doing that day. Since I only measure things too I like to be a little on the lower end of things to account for any gaps.
  • Hmm I've been interested in this. When I was really thin about 118-120 lbs at 5'6" I ate 2 big meals a day - one of them always either being a salad or sandwich and never snacking in between. Then I obviously gained weight because I ate 2 big meals + a lot of snacking. Now I feel like I graze constantly throughout the day…
  • ^^ I agree that you should read the above article. Very informative
  • SW 136.2 (for this challenge) CW 135 Have lost 1.2 lbs so far. 6 away from goal. [/quote] Congrats on your losses :)
  • I log all my bad days. Sometimes I won't do it all until the next morning because by then it's a new day and I know I can't do anything about what I did the day before except move on and start a new day :)
  • I feel safe positing this here... I recently gained 10lbs this past week. I went to visit one of my friends and her house is filled with candy, pies, cakes, and chips. Since I was "on vacation" I went a little overboard - I drank and ate and drank and ate some more. I had so many burgers and fries, crab dip, all the…
  • I'm sorry to hear about your current frustrations. It sounds like your stressed and fatigued. Try going for a walk outside if its nice out to brighten your mood :) or find something that you can do for a half hour that would make you happy and relaxed - I'm thinking knitting, reading a book, a nice bubble bath, or…
