    While I am happy I didn't gain, I'm so frustrated with myself. I log (or write down) my breakfast and lunch, then everything goes down hill. I stop weighing, and just eat without tracking anything. I also had a box of brownies. Yes, I ate the entire box. I'm going to try to stay on track this week, and get moving.

    These things happen. Try to plan your whole day ahead and Just keep staying positive :)

    Successes/struggles this week: The biggest struggle was committing to getting back on track. I had taken a month off tracking, with a vacation in the middle, and was eating whatever and as much as I wanted. Once I got through the first day back it was smooth sailing.

    Successes this week: I carried around a gallon jug of water with me every where so I wouldn't forget to drink water! It helped a lot!

    Struggles this week: I'm ovulating which makes me retain water now for the next 2 weeks until my cycle starts over. So I'm happy with .4 loss this week. :) Didn't get to walk as much as I usually do because I was stuck at the office.

    Successes/struggles this week:My baby has been sick, which made a bit dificult to go out and run, but i did, as planned. Only in less convenient hours and it has been hard. I broke the 55 kg wall!! I started to drink my coffee without sugar or sweeteners, some friends told me once you get used, you son´t like it sweet anymore. I´m still not there, though :(. I ve tried to swap my candy bars for dark chocolate, but found out (again) that i better don´t have more than a serving portion at home, and the good chocolate bars usually come in 100 g. Besides that i ve been quite moderate with sweets this week, except yesterday. I tend to binge when i spend too much time alone. Eat fast and a lot when the baby sleeps, because i don´t know if i would be able to do it later. I will try to be in company and do interesting things when my husband works. A 12 kg baby that still can´t walk is exhausting!

    Successes: Managed to go on a date with a guy from work AND out for a meal with my family after voting in the election without going over my calorie goals for the respective days. Hopefully I can do the same for the two dates I have with him next week! ;)

    Struggles: Controlling intake esp when my weakness is around Chocolate chip cookies.pizza with lots of cheese. Still struggling to develop and make a habit of "moderation". did dome strength training instead of cardio.
    Success: at least i lost some weight. might not be what i wanted.

    Successes- Im officially down >40lbs!!!!! And i bought some cute new clothes and really noticed my weight loss for the first time. Also, wore size large scrubs to work (down from a 2x). They were a little snug, but definitely wearable!

    Struggles- getting my steps in. Went over calories. I need to get more protein in. Also, now that Ive lost 40, my loss is starting to slow down. Thinking of changing my goal to 1.5/week in the near future.
