I weigh consistently right before breakfast, but if I'm very active I may weigh myself again later, or if I happen to be home and changing clothes. I like to witness the shifts, but I only record low weight each day. It feels optimistic to me. Like I'm giving myself credit for getting that low.

When Im dieting I weigh myself anytime Im naked in the bathroom. I know Im going to be lower than I ever thought I would be just a few months ago. When the losing slows it foes bug me but I like watching the ebbs and flows.

There is an ancient yoga practice called nauli where the yogi exhales completely draws his stomach up so it is real concave. Then you make a pillar of the center of your gut and rotate the pillar. It is great for digestion and feels nice. I cant do it when my gut is too large but recently I have been doing it reguarly.

Actually I think weekly is wose than daily. I can see places in my daily tracking where if i pick a week my weight goes up 2 pounds. Usually after a new low weight my weight rebounds a bit before going further down. If my weight wdnt up a pound or two in a week it would bothef me the whole week till the next weighin.…

The body as you know doesnt always do what the mind wants. It may be holding on because you are doing such a good job dieting. Stick with it an it will work out.

I feel you. I miss that really full feeling. without it I find I'm ultra sensitive emotionally. When I exercise a lot and eat back my calories that helps. for some reason though it is not as satisfying as just plain stuffing my face.
