9 weeks on track and down by 20 lbs 😀

  • Weighed in this morning and down another 2.4 lbs 😀 Since the 10 April I’ve lost 1st 11.6 lbs , happy with that 😀

  • @annliz23 i know how you feel , I felt the same , but then decided to just start logging , missed the odd thing at the start , but it then sort of becomes a habit, and then I felt I “had” to everything,and then once the weight moves , it makes you keep going . Plus though I have the bonus as such at the moment of the NHS…

  • Just got back to using mfp more and logging my food/water/exercise - managed a 7.5 lb loss this week - gained 6.5 lb last week but logging again helped me lose it plus another 1 :) :) Add me if you want to. Always looking for more inspiration :)
  • I had a 4 day binge from weds to sat - put on 6.5 lbs in those 4 days! :# Back to it today - just got to let it go and get back to it ..
