I do yoga a ton and besides the many physical benefits, it does so much for me mentally. I feel calm, peaceful and happy at the end of a class. For the physical, I don't think my core and abs have ever been as ripped since starting yoga and that has paralelled into weights as well as I can squat better, etc. with a…

spaghetti, chicken wings and caesar salad are hard ones because hard to eat without making a mess and often salads aren't in bite size pieces and one looks silly cutting a huge romance leaf with a knife and fork :)

Mine is under cardiovascular - yoga and I just put in the 75 mins and it drops in the calories. If I'm doing a class that's more stretching then I keep it as is but if I'm doing a hot vinyasa class that's pretty tough with lots of core and arm balances then I'll adjust the calories.

Under cardio...there's a section for yoga.

Yes I do. I live to eat all the foodz!

I'm pretty muscular and I lift and heavy and with intensity. I don't think I look bad though and I'm definitely not bulky; just defined. If you strip away all the body fat and leave the muscle and muscle takes up less room than fat...

Ha!

I haven't, but I'm always looking out for new ways to mix it up.

5% light cream and have 2tbsp per coffee x 3 coffees a day. I don't like it black.

I have it every morning and add bananas or berries, chia seeds and hemp hearts and top it with almond milk.

Things to be aware of... 1) see through 2) camel toe 3) crotch sweat Make sure you buy the right size. Sometimes you buy too small and the material stretches accordingly. Also the cheaper they are the more apt they are to be thin and show things. I like Under Armour, LuLu and Teeki. I always wear underwear because camel…

I do lots of planks. One of my favs is ankle attachment at the cables, get into a plank and take the weighted leg and draw knee into elbow. I do mine with 20lbs. Also TRX plank to pike then plank to split pike. Side plank raising top leg. V-up on flat bench. Hanging leg raises both straight leg and then bent leg side to…

I do half deads, RDLs, one legged ones with a DB and sumos...

If you find yoga boring, you're doing the wrong type of class. It's anything but boring. Do a hot vinyasa flow class and you'll be cooked. Gets everything nice and stretched out too. I try to go at least twice a week.
-
I just use them for goblet squats and single leg deads
-
It does work for getting the stink out of workout clothes!

I have a Breville juice fountain. I use it more for juices with veggies and hard fruits. My fav is beets, celery, granny smith apple, lemon, carrot, kale, spinach and ginger. I get plenty of fibre throughout the day and sometimes I just want a juice; especially after a good workout. Smoothies are great too. Depends on my…

Those are poses that are incorporated into a vinyasa class. There's so many arm balances and inversions, it's hard to name them all; especially with their sanskrit names.

It's very tasty and isn't as messy.

It's soooo good! I prefer it over pancakes. The protein bread I buy has 17g for two slices!

I'm 5'8" and I range between 140-145. I have a bigger frame and lots of muscle so this is a good weight for me. I don't go below 140.

I'm not saying that at all but you can choose one without fat. There are ones that do have fat and you're right, there's nothing wrong with fat, but if you're tweaking your percentages late in the day and need more protein without fat, then you choose that. I eat lots of fat through other sources, so I don't need it with…

I do glute focus on Monday and quad focus on Friday and some exercises do both Glute focus Back squats split lunges lying leg curls curtseys one legged deadlifts with dumbbells or kettle steps ups hip thrusts bent over cable kickbacks glute/ham machine good mornings sumo deads

I'm looking at the label of my 0% fat free Greek yogurt and it shows 0 fat, 18g protein and 5g sugars, so there ya go.

It's good that you're starting all this young, too. It's easier to build muscle and tweak your body when you're young and have those young muscles and bones that don't injure as easily. Muscle has memory, so if you start young, it will keep with you when you get older even when you stop. You start up again and it comes…

I don't make things complicated. I generally bulk in the winter. Eat in a surplus and lift heavy and with intensity. Cut in the spring by adding in about 20mins of cardio at a moderate intensity plus same heavy program with weights and eat short about 150 calories a day (I eat all my exercise earned calories). It comes off…

Greek yogurt only has about 5g of sugar in it and no fat.
-
Try making french toast too to mix things up. There's tons of high protein breads on the market. One full egg and 1/2cup egg whites with cinnamon mixed, dump in bread and fry. Mix some greek yogurt with maple syrup and use as a topping with some raspberries and blueberries.

Just don't buy it. Some things you have to cut cold turkey, like a bad boyfriend. I do buy cookies but the sugar free variety. I keep my protein high (about 30% of my food, fat around 25% and carbs around 45%) that seems to be a good combo for me to keep my blood sugars stable so I'm not craving anything. I don't crave…

First off, your friend requests must blow up your computer. Second, I need to take your home so you can cook for me. Third you're hilarious and your advice is given in a straight forward manner. My question: Recipe for a tasty balsamic salad dressing? Currently I'm soaking garlic in olive oil, then adding in some dijon,…
