Types of Yoga

Hi all,
I've seen a lot of people doing yoga where they basically balance themselves on their arms and the rest of their body is off the ground. Can't remember the poses, and I certainly don't know what type of yoga it is.

No matter what excersises you do yoga poses are the best for streaching and learning to be flexible i like to do it on my rest days. I just get it off youtube there are lots of videos you can follow and different lengths0

Those are poses that are incorporated into a vinyasa class. There's so many arm balances and inversions, it's hard to name them all; especially with their sanskrit names.0
