  • Well I've been working out for months and I've never felt so tired and fatigued, and today I felt like I was going to pass out @nateandrews‌ and I mean im eating around 1800 a day which isn't very little and I work out about 30 -45 minutes a day so it's not much, but I usually eat something prior to working out @Cherimoose‌

  • I would say have lunch first and then have a filling snack or fruit after working out! But, you could also do the opposite and have a big breakfast and then snack before working out , then have lunch to replenish yourself and your muscles.
