workout before or after lunch??

I'm going for an early workout today. Should I workout before or after I have Lunch? Does it make a difference? Help!

Whatever works best for you. Whatever gives you more energy for your workout. Everyone is different0

I would say have lunch first and then have a filling snack or fruit after working out! But, you could also do the opposite and have a big breakfast and then snack before working out , then have lunch to replenish yourself and your muscles.0

If I am doing high impact cardio I only have a small snack before workout, then lunch after. If I am doing weights or low impact then I eat lunch first.0

i work-out every day before lunch. my lunch is my recovery meal with lots of protein. honestly it probably doesn't matter as long as you are doing it!0
