Update! Last week: 75.9kg Thus week: 73.7kg Thankfully had a big woosh down after being up for two weeks. I'm so close to 'healthy BMI' weight. Another 1-3 weeks and I should be there, fluctuations pending. How's everyone else's week looking?

I struggle with mental health issues. Funnily enough, getting into shape is one of the few things that doesn't bring me down - I feel in control and able to be ok with the occasional setbacks that come with weightloss and fitness gain. Now, if only I could apply that mindset to the rest of my life... Feel free to add me :)

I tend towards B. I accept that my losses will slow or stall for a day or two until my body evens out, and keep going. On the other hand, I find that when I over eat I'm not as hungry the next day so I eat a little less anyway. Agree with a few of the other replies telling you to eat if you're hungry though - hunger will…

First check-in! Last week: 76.1kg This week: 75.6kg I've been experimenting with upping my kilojoules to see how much I can consume while still losing; I'm glad to see that I found a sweet spot! How are the rest of you going? Astrid

I have a few goals so here goes: 1. Get down to 64kg. 2. Maintain around that. 3. Continue adding healthy habits to my lifestyle (started with dancing, then gym, then counting kilojoules; next up: focusing on macros). 4. Continue building my strength! I love feeling strong! 5. Keep working on appreciating my body - I may…

I'm seeing a lot of replies concerning HER body being perfect - and I'm sure it is. But, how do you demonstrate love for YOUR body? Sometimes having people you love tell you how perfect you are while they constantly bash themselves can make a person feel strange and conflicted. Maybe you can work with her to both learn to…

I would agree that step burns more.

Jumping in late here to second everyone else; do what you love! I do salsa dancing up to 12 hours a week - sometimes more. It's not the highest intensity cardio (though it can be) but I do it almost everyday. And it gives me goals to work towards trying to improve my technique etc.
