Super stressful week physically and emotionally (Family stress /sudden loss of pet :( /yard sale/ilness)- and going back through my diary I noticed a big victory. Wow- this thread is bigger on the inside! I'm a Dr. Who, Narnia, fantasy, historical/renaisance, book/movie Geek. I love traditional archery and hope to set up a range in my basement someday. Would love to learn Swordfighting also lol. Would love to be added- and I'm active on mfp.

Breakfast Paradox I have noticed that when I skip breakfast- I go over my calorie limit- when I eat breakfast- under calorie goal. Guess breakfast really counts- and keeps me from unhealthy snacking. Anyone else noticed this?

Neat- I was thinking... hmmm if I keep to my goals when will I be at goal weight. Great job- the Easter candy got me over calories lol - but I'm still under calories for last week. Wonderful about the popcorn- my husband is struggling with that- he loves it so so much. But the calories in movie theater popcorn? Yikes!

I ate salad for the first time in my life about a year ago. Now I enjoy it! It turns out I just couldn't stand iceberg lettuce.

Been using mfp 15 days now logging every single bite, only three days did I go over goal (barely). I did all my grocery shopping today. I noticed I didn't buy any candy, sugared drinks, or junk food. Who hoo! I'm so glad I found this app and I think it really will make a difference for my Husband and I.

@prof_newme thank you for the soup suggestion. They are usually quite high in sodium- so that should help. But.... I have to make my own. I have an allergy to... believe it or not...... Black Pepper (real throat closing etc.) So there are few pre-made/pre packaged foods that I can eat.

Here's a question you don't hear everyday- I have issues with Low (yes you heard that right) blood pressure. Any time I lose weight it gets even lower. Hello- I am new to mfp and very new to the forums. Been tracking everyday and need to lose about 100 lbs to be at my goal weight. I have a disabilty that makes things tough (can't exercise traditionally) but I am motivated to take things slow and lose the healthy way. How can I join this group?
