  • I can tell you what I do :) I life weights about 4x a week and on my off days I do cardio ONLY! Then one day a week I take off completely. It's a lot of dedication and work but it's helped. Try not to do cardio everyday you weight train. When you train for 30 minutes or more with weights essentially your body will burn…
  • Unfortunately, there is no magic cream for this issue. I have lost 25lbs. and have some lose skin on my tummy but it's from two pregnancies. All the lotion in the world won't get rid of it, and neither have all the ab exercises. I just learn to deal with it, but mine isn't a whole lot. I will take lose skin over fat any…

  • Right before I had gotten pregnant with my daughter three years ago I hit my goal weight of 125! Two months later I found out I was pregnant. I felt like crap and there went my diet. Oh sure, I told myself I would watch what I ate, but I fell into the trap that pregnancy is an excuse to eat whatever you want...you're…

I would use a heart rate monitor so I would know approximately how many calories I was burning. I would eat about half of these calories back. Once I…
  • Listen, eating more will not help you lose weight. I went through something very similar recently and I had to get down to the nitty gritty and I ate food in which I knew that exact calorie amounts. I gave my body rest as I am lifting as well as doing cardio. After a few days I dropped 2 pounds. Calories in vs calories out…

  • I recently got the Polar a300 and I love it!!! It is completely waterproof, and yes you do need a chest strap to measure your heart rate but it is far more accurate than the Fitbit HR. Also, I prefer the polar app to the Fitbit app. Overall its an awesome watch! It tracks sleep patters, steps etc.
  • I just purchased the Polar a300 and I love it!!! I haven't figured out if it does steps yet...I'm sure it does but I'm still figuring the ins and outs! But it is amazing!!!
  • You are so right!! I know it can be done as I've done it before but I also know ALL the hard work it's going to take to get there! Good for you for being albs down already!!!
