I run to 1-2 eps a week (when I am not training for a 10k). Being chased really helps me run faster. LOL. I hope they add some of the new parts like intervals soon. BTW I am new to running (just completed c25k in June) and slow and lazy but I do find this motivating.

Hello everyone! Delurking here. It's great to read everyone's stories. I did w6d3 today...again. Redid w6d1 since the first w6d3 was awful. Went great this time, even ran 1 minute longer. I'm at a turtle pace, but that's okay. Plan to start week 7 next run.

Thanks for the tips everyone! I ordered 4x .5kg, 4x 1.25, 4x 2.5 and 2x 5 and a bench. I'll see how I get on. I did find a decent power rack for €350 but I will wait until I get to that point. 39 years and sedentary so it might be a while.

Hi! I'm 5'5", 189, goal of 160, bit older though at 38. I'm in week 3 of c25k. I sometimes do yoga as well.
