Sounds awesome. How many servings and can you post the macros?

I shaped mine like little footballs..... lol. I think this will be a weekly recipe for me. Haven't tried them as leftovers yet.

Aww so glad you liked it. I think I'm going to try & do it with thinly sliced steak next time.

They look really good. Better than what mine looked like. LOL. The only deviation I made to the recipe was added a little garlic powder. I always double the batch. I use 1 large zucchini and that gives me pretty near 2 cups shredded.

You're welcome. I made some this past weekend vs. going out and mmmm it was so good.

I've never made them but the videos I've watched on Ebay says once cool put them in a baggie overnight and eat the next day. Let us know how they turned out.

I made these again tonight and they are just so good. Have a few left over for the morning.

I doubled our first batch as well. I think I may make these tonight. Your dipping sauce sounds amazing. I'm going to try that as I know my husband will love it. Glad you guys liked them :)

You look Great. Nice job. Very motivating for me to see this.

I placed the shredded zucchini in a double layer of paper towel and squeezed all the water out. Very important to do that. But you all will love this recipe.

Yum thanks for sharing

Yep I got my kale/spinach mix in a huge plastic tub at Costco and really like it

Love hearing all your combo's.

That's a great idea about freezing your fresh greens. I didn't realize you could do that.

Congrats. You look great

Hello. I'll definitely add you. I would love to make several friends on MFP to help stay motivated and read your status updates. I am down 13lbs so far and ideally want to lose 60 more. I'm super motivated and excited actually. I love trying new healthy recipes and will post some of my favorite. Thanks so much for any adds.

2nd the Bolthouse yogurt dressings. They don't have that "diet" taste. I also use plain balsamic vinegar as a dressing.

I mix 1 serving (2Tbs) of PB2 and then I eat it with a spoon and on each spoonful I do 1 squirt of fat free redi-whip.
