i'm about a third of the way through my weight loss journey. christmas day 2015 vs. yesterday afternoon. about a 35 pound difference.

I am so scared to post this. It's not a very good comparison. I tried to "recreate" the before photo, tilted my head, took my hair down. That's not why I'm scared though. I'm scared because I can't see any change. Maybe in the chin. I'm also scared of judgement.
I've lost 30 pounds since April 4th. I'm looking for some perspective from others who aren't people who see me every day.
Here goes:
I see so much difference around your jawline, your face is also much slimmer and lovely lady you are naturally gorgeous! You are doing really well, it shows. Keep it up and don't worry, soon enough your brain will register the change. I think we all have had the same problem of mentally judging our bodies as large, even as changes become evident to others.6 -
@MishaWest79: so true! You are one of my biggest strengths I look for on here and I SO appreciate it! It will take time, I know, but the positive (of my self image) replaces the negative piece by piece. No matter how small those pieces may be! Thank you for your kind words as always!
