Each and every weekend. I used to just give up and stop tracking on weekends looking at it as giving myself a break ("I mean how much damage could it do, really!"), until over a month passed and I found myself wondering where all that effort went and why my scale hasn't budged. Yep, now I know.

I hear you both. I've never logged alcohol until i found myself eating very reasonably and working out hard and still losing nothing. I do the same thing! I have google+ set up specifically for 'food porn' - i stare at things i could never eat and go though recipes (and sometimes even run them through MFP to prove to myself that it would be such a setback) but the experience of doing all that kind of does make me feel like I had experienced it!
