I use the old El Paso garlic and paprika seasoning... fry it with sliced red onion, red pepper, courgettes, mushrooms ((cashews if you want good fats)) .. serve in lettuce cups / low cal taco shells / wraps ((bit too high cal)) ... maybe with homemade guac ((high cal)) or salsa ((low cal)) xxx

REMEMBER!!! If you are going to eat the seeds whole, soak them in a little water first... chia seeds expand in liquid so if consumed whole, and they you take a drink, they can expand and cause impactions along your tract! diet drinks don't do it for me, i think they're VILE! What a crave is the really sugary and ice cold hit you get from a Coke when you just open it. I rarely get the craving but when I do I feel I NEED it. To combat this I buy the really tiny cans meant for like mixers / chasers. I keep a few in my fridge and crack them…

good for you for finding out what works for you:) I choose not to consume chicken, as I believe eating meat puts your body under stressful conditions. The time not spent digesting can be used repairing my body and I feel that's more important ((IMHO)). Keep doing what is working for you and what's making you feel good

Eat more / bigger quantities of your dinners etc. Is your diary open, it may be good to open it for a short period so you can get better advise. There's no such thing as "lactose intolerant" ... you're just not a baby cow and it's as simple as that. You can't consume a product not meant for your own species without repercussions. x
