  • This thread is going to get shut down pretty soon. 800 calories is not healthy unless you weigh 700 lbs and Dr. Now wants you to do it for 2 months before surgery.
  • Completely tmi, but I have used turmeric to help shrink a thrombosed hemorrhoid. You make a paste and apply, unfortunately it's extremely messy but it does seem to help.
  • Diet Dr. Pepper is life. If it's wrong, I really don't want to be right.
  • It must just be me, because I bought the peanut butter and it was awful. I ate a few bites and haven't touched it since. I like to make low calorie substitutions, but in this case I'll just eat regular ice cream.
  • i try not to eat a lot of artificial sugars, BUT, I love my diet dr pepper. I feel guilty when I drink it, but I'm not willing to give it up lol. I don't drink regular pop because it's too many calories and sugar. I don't like to drink my calories. Makes me feel better that maybe aspartame isn't that bad.
  • I wasn't drinking enough and my bm's were hard and painful and I was getting headaches every day. • If you lose weight now, your dress may not fit. But in 30 days I doubt you will be able to lose a significant amount anyway. This is something that should have been started several months ago. However, start eating right right now, decide that you are going to to start eating healthier and make better choices and you will…
  • I weigh my peanut butter in grams. A serving size (2 TBS is 32 grams, but I don't like eating that many calories of just PB so I usually only eat a tsp or so. A tsp of PB is 5.3 grams.
  • I absolutely love Wendy's ultimate chicken grill sandwich, no tomato. It's 360 calories, which is more than I would normally have for a meal, but really not bad for fast food. It's delicious.
  • Every morning for breakfast I eat a sandwich made from a scrambled egg, 1TB of cheddar cheese, 1 ounce of deli meat and 2 slices of whole wheat 35 calorie bread. It's delicious, easy and healthy and only 200 calories. I won't give up bread, but I'm very selective about how much/what kind I eat now. Low calorie lets me eat…
  • I love chocolate also, but I don't eat much of it anymore once I realized how many calories it has in it. But, when I have to have some I eat a fiber one brownie (90 calories) or a skinny cow ice cream (100-160 calories) since there are more calories in the ice cream, I don't eat them every day and only at night after…
