I've just started incorporating it into my stack, as I've been having some huge sleeping issues for the past 12 months. Initially, I was just supping with magnesium to assist with leg/calf/foot cramping while asleep, as well as waking up several times in the night and being unable to get back to sleep. Feeling so crap in…

I've had the Vivosmart for two weeks now...I'm loving it. It measures my steps, running, weights etc and links in with MFP. I think it's better than the Fitbits, but that's my personal opinion. I'll probably pick up the heart rate monitor for it too, soon.

I've got a Garmin Vivosmart...I've found it a bit better than the Fitbits, but that's my preference. It tracks all my activities, walking running, swimming, cycling etc. It links in with MFP, and you can also get a HR monitor for it which I might do when I get into running more.

I usually have a cheat meal once a week, on a Saturday night and I've got two faves I like to alternate with. One is homemade spaghetti bolognase, with garlic bread (half a loaf haha), and the other is homemade mini pizzas, topped with a variety of vegies, ham, salami, cheese and baked on pita bread - I usually put away…

I ate an entire bag of Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs today, including creme eggs, dream, caramello, plain, top deck, and turkish delight. Absolutely amazing! I should also mention that this was after a corporate lunch of pasta with waygu beef, and sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream. I'm not even…

I'm bang on 5'5, and weigh exactly 50 kilos, which I think equates to 110 in pounds. I'm carrying a fair amount of muscle, and I think without it I'd weigh a little less. My body shape is pretty wiry at the moment, and I think if I lost any more body fat I'd start to look somewhat emaciated.

I've got a Garmin Vivosmart...it's perfect for tracking activities and calories, and it was recommended over the Fitbit brand by the shop.

Walking is really underrated! It's a great low-impact exercise, and can really help get rid of those last pounds. You're not crazy at all! I walk EVERYWHERE - around 14 kilometers a day, and then some more on weekends. I walk to work, I walk to the shops, I walk so much I don't even consider it exercise anymore...it's just…

I HATE drinking water, I don't get thirsty at all no matter how hard I've trained, or how hot it is, and I've gotten into some serious trouble with both acute and chronic dehydration before. Trust me, it's not a good thing - especially in Australia during summer  I'm highly active in both cardio and weights,…

Unfortunately, there's no quick fix to getting rid of cellulite - it depends on so many factors; water, body fat, underlying muscle, genetics. Some really ripped ladies still rock the cellulite, and there shouldn't be any shame in it at all, we're chicks and we all have it to some extent! Some ladies swear by dry-brushing…

Lots of chicken and vegetable based meals - grilled chicken and steamed veg, stir-frys with some nice spices and crunchy veggies, casseroles and stews with light sauces. Maybe some steak, depending on the cut, and again pretty versatile to work with. You could use eggs as a protein source as well, and put some hardboiled…

A small bowl of Greek yoghurt, with some chopped up strawberries. Low cal, some protein, and easy to throw together when half asleep. Yummy. You can even put a teaspoon of honey in, if you're not a fan of plain yoghurt.

Omg, Quest bars are the best protein bars I've come across thus far. Cookies and Cream is my ultimate flavour. Unfortunately for me, I'm going through some digestive issues at the moment, and the Quest bars may be exacerbating the situation :( I'm in Aus, so my source won't be of any help to you whatsoever, but if you buy…

Although I prefer fresh veggies, and will usually default to them for dinner and large meals, I do use the individual steam pack frozen veggies for lunch...purely for convenience purposes. It's so easy to chuck it into the microwave, and then mix with tuna and brown rice. I'll always buy fresh salad items for dinner in…

Hi Teri, in order for you to see some abdominal definition, you need to lower your overall body fat percentage. There are various exercises you can do in addition to lowering your body fat percentage to assist 'bringing your abs out', depending on how much definition you're after, such as leg raises, planks and a stack of…
