It's been around for a while now but I've only heard about till recently. Does it actually work like what the studies have said?

works if you have a deficiency
some people do
many people take a daily multi-vitamin which is a heap of a lot cheaper
and you only have to take 1 / day

I've just started incorporating it into my stack, as I've been having some huge sleeping issues for the past 12 months. Initially, I was just supping with magnesium to assist with leg/calf/foot cramping while asleep, as well as waking up several times in the night and being unable to get back to sleep. Feeling so crap in general from not allowing enough recovery time, and poor sleep. I think it's because I overexert myself.
Anyhoo, I've been on ZMA for 1.5 weeks. And, omg, it's amazing. I just pop the pill 30 mins before I go to sleep and I've definitely noticed a HUGE difference. I'm waking up in the night a lot less (generally only once to pee, or if I cramp up badly), and I'm not having as much trouble getting back to sleep afterwards. It's also increasing the amount of deep sleep I'm getting, and I wake up feeling more alert.
However, in saying all of this, I have noticed some rather...bizarre behavior. I'm starting to sleep talk, and act out some of my dreams. The night before last I took off my pjs (while still under the blankie), sort of became aware, and put everything back on again haha. Hopefully it's just my brain starting to unwind and get used to proper sleep again. My partner also has it, and he does some whacked out things too (but he always has in his sleep - there's just more of it when he has ZMA).
