I really like Jillian. Of the ones you mentioned, I have tried Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones; I really like them both. I have 6 Week Six-Pack but haven't tried it. Thanks for the info; I'm going to check out Shred-It with Weights and Yoga Meltdown.

I use fat free half and half. The 40 +/- calories are so worth it; gotta start the day with a good cup of coffee, well 2 cups.

I like most foods and will try just about anything once, but I cannot stand Brussel Sprouts. I've tried to like them and have tried them several ways.

I wear running skirts with the built-in shorts. I look for the shorts that have the silicone grip along the hem. These stay in place a lot better than having nothing.

I tried a Bob Harper kettlebell workout, Kettlebell Sculpted Body. I found it on YouTube and really liked it. It's in my weekly routine. There's another one, Bob Harper Kettlebell Cardio Shred, but I haven't tried it yet.

I agree that you need a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate calorie burn. Once I finally replaced the battery in mine...I found out the calories I was logging from MFP's database for cardio-circuit training was more than I was actually burning. So, a heart rate monitor is a good investment. ;)

@becca_maee I cook it first and then add it in when I'm making lentil soup. Also, I cook it, garlic, onion, and cubed eggplant then add diced tomatoes and spices you like..toss with cooked bow tie pasta and top with a little grated Parmesan. I basically follow this plan as well. If I just don't feel up to working out, I may take a walk or something light to just get out and move. There's just some days I lose my umph.

I use MFP's Recipe Importer a lot. It's so easy to use. You can import the recipe into MFP from Allrecipes (and other sites) and there is an option to find alternate choices for ingredients. Here you can tweak the recipe to make it less calories. For example, if it calls for ground beef, use like 10% or 7% lean beef. This…

I can't stand hearing people chew. OMG! It's the most disgusting sound. Please shut your mouth while chewing especially on gum, potato chips, popcorn, etc. ewe! I have a niece that chews ice cream. WTH, just let it melt and swallow it.
