  • My sister in law just hit her goal weight doing WW. It worked for her. I personally do not see the point unless you like spending money and going to meetings. MFP is free, I still feel accountable too it because I have built a group of friends on here that I do not want to let down. I agree with the posters above, I didn't…
  • I think it is whatever works for YOU. People arguing back and forth about this have too much time on their hands haha! Just do whatever works for you, if you like to have a cheat meal, have one, if you don't, don't! I personally have a cheat meal most weeks where I drink booze and eat a big meal. That is what works for me.…
  • Yes go to Apps or Apps and Devices and click fitbit tracker.
  • Do you like bone in chicken? I find it is way more tasty and often adds to the same calories if I "jazzed up" a chicken breast. I roast drumsticks, thighs, etc. in the oven with all different kinds of spices. My favorite recently has been drumsticks with salt, pepper, orange zest and oregano on a tray with crumbled chorizo…
  • I have lost 70 Lb on MFP and looking to lose another 30 this year. I have been using MFP fairly regularly (everyone takes the occasional week off) for 8 months now. I went from eating fast food almost everyday and never working out to eating fast food "occasionally" and becoming a lot more active. MFP has been so helpful…
  • I feel that I am finally at the stage where I can become a mentor to a few people. I have been on MFP for months now and started my fitness and health journey in January. As of today I have lost 65 lbs of my goal of 100 pounds. I have my ups and downs but MFP has been such a blessing. Feel free to add me and/or send a…
  • The goal is to eat less than you burn so if you burn calories through exercise (beyond the normal amount burned through daily life) it is added to your calorie goal for the day. So if my goal is 1300 calories a day but I workout and burn 500 I could eat 1800 and theoretically still lose weight.
  • Your door looks like a mohawk lol, its very straight
  • I do a cheat meal, not day, once per week, and it works great for me. I still meet my goals for the week and keep losing weight. I think it is important to let yourself indulge sometimes, and eating well for 20/21 meals for the week is good enough for me. I always plan my cheat meals, usually on Friday nights I have a nice…
