I have no idea what to say beside don't stress yourself over it. Focus on eating healthier and put the scale down! Do what you can! Shoot sounds like you getting some form of workout when you get home dealing with household things. People lose weight all the time and never step foot in a gym!

I sit in the sauna to relax after my workout and clear my mind before I start studying. I'm preparing for the bar exam which is very stressful on my body. I had a breast reduction. I was an I and went to a B because I hated my boobs. I lost weight and my boobs stayed. However now I gained weight and my boobs have grown back to a D or DD ( Victoria Secret). If they get any bigger or if I can't lose them on this journey I'll def lay down for another reduction.
