Smart Scale or Ditigal Scale?
Okay so I decided to go ahead and start weighing myself. What type of Scale do you have? What do you recommend?! Is it worth it?

Updating weight?! Every week really? Why!
How often do you update your weight on MFP? I honestly don't want to weight my self but maybe twice a month, if not less. What are your thoughts? I guess I'm still sensitive at seeing such a high weight I'm scared to look. ☹️

Ugh this stupid food scale! What is the issue?
So I got my food scale cool! I tried to make turkey burgers tonight, I weighed the raw meat then made the patty. Once the meat was finished I weighted again just to make sure.( I cleaned the scale of course) but the weight was wayyyyyyyh less than before. So do I go by the weight before I cook or after?

I believe my cal count is too high! 1600!
I really feel uncomfortable doing 1600 cals a day. I mean I want to lose weight not gain! Has anyone lose weight by sticking to the recommended cal count being over 1200?
