Same here, in the past on and off, ok for a few weeks but with no backup I lost momentum but now this app is useful for keeping on track and people here are really helpful. I feel responsible to log on and have been given great advice already. Friend a few people and join the fun

Try any no equipment/ body weight workout from the web, most will do the trick. I've lost 6 pounds following tae bo basic every other day ( works all areas) walking other days and watching nutrition and calories, good luck :)

Lots of gym workouts can be done at home, search the web for body weight/ no equipment workouts there's tons and they are effective too. I've lost 6 pounds using no gym or equipment at home, try it :)

Welcome Paul, I recommend basic tae bo workout from you tube, 20 minutes a day and over 200 calories gone each time. Take a look on the web, there's loads of no equipment workouts 20 to 30 mins cardio and strength, good luck .

Mixing hour long walks with alternate days of youtube tae bo workouts, seems to work.

Perfectly possible to loose that amount, I am currently losing 1-2 pounds a week and don't feel hungry, plenty of protein and don't go below a silly amount for calorie goal, it makes you keep fat! Daily weight goes up and down depending on hydration, time of day, even if you've been to the loo or not! Once a week is showing a slow steady progress, any more often I don't think gives you motivation cos it changes.
